Welcome to Basic Batch Cookies. By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All cookies are handmade and prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. We take great care to avoid cross-contamination, but please be aware that our kitchen handles other allergens (not gluten). Cookie appearance may vary slightly from photos, flavour always comes first.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payments. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Subscription boxes are billed either monthly or weekly, depending on your selection. Each box includes a mix of signature flavours and exclusive subscriber-only cookies. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
We currently ship within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We aim to dispatch orders on a Monday and Thursday. Free shipping (Royal Mail 48) is included with all orders over £25.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

At Basic Batch Cookies, we want every bite to bring joy. Because our cookies are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to scratch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
