Classic Batch Box
At Basic Batch Cookies, we want every customer to be delighted with their order. Because our cookies are perishable, we don’t accept returns, but if your order arrives incorrect, or not up to standard, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We’ll review your request and offer either a full refund or a replacement batch, depending on availability.
Please note that we can’t control courier delays or damage sustained in transit.
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that is gluten free however it handles nuts, dairy, and soy ingredients, so we cannot guarantee these are safe for any other allergies. Above all, we’re a small batch bakery that cares deeply about your experience.
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail 24. To qualify for next-day dispatch, please place your order by 3pm the day before.
Monthly subscriptions will be dispatched on the first Monday of each month, weekly will be dispatched every Thursday.
For example, orders placed before 3pm on Sunday will be dispatched Monday, and those placed before 3pm on Wednesday will be dispatched Thursday. Delivery is free for all orders over £50. While we aim to get your cookies to you swiftly, we cannot be held responsible for delays or faults caused by the courier. If there’s ever a delay in dispatch from our end, we’ll contact you directly via the email provided with your order
